Cancellations and refunds

How to cancel a membership, and when you get your money back. Last updated 6 October 2026.

Cancelling a membership

You can cancel at any time. Go to Membership, choose Manage membership, and cancel on the Stripe page that opens. Your membership carries on until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed. You will not be charged again.

Your 14-day right to cancel

UK consumer law gives you 14 days to change your mind about a new membership, starting on the day you buy it. If you cancel within those 14 days we will refund the full amount you paid, even if you have already used the membership.

We give you the same 14 days after each yearly renewal: tell us within 14 days of a yearly membership renewing and we will refund that payment in full. Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so that you are not charged for the next month.

Cancelling from Manage membership only stops the next renewal. To get a refund within the 14 days, get in touch and tell us the email address of your account. You do not have to give a reason. You can use the model cancellation form that the law provides, but you do not have to; any clear message will do.

After 14 days

Once the 14 days have passed, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your membership to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund the part of a period you have not used, except where these terms or the law say we must, for example if a membership does not work as described and we cannot put it right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe, within 14 days of you telling us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. When a refund is made your membership ends straight away.

If something goes wrong

If a payment has been taken that you did not expect, or your membership is not working, get in touch before contacting your bank, and we will put it right.
